美国威斯康辛大学麦迪逊分校(University of Wisconsin-Madison)课程与教学(Curriculum & Instruction)博士，副修学习学(the learning sciences)，回国前担任新加坡南洋理工大学(Nanyang Technological University, Singapore)国立教育学院(National Institute of Education)学习科学研究所(Learning Sciences Lab)的学习科学家，并担任教育研究中心(Office of Education Research)学习科学(Learning Sciences & Pedagogy)与游戏学习(Play and Game-based Learning)两个学门召集人，及新加坡未来学校(Future School)游戏学习顾问。
